Compared to the use of bearings, the following is an analysis of the solutions to bearing noise:

1. The noise of ball bearings is lower than that of roller bearings, and the (friction) noise of bearings with less relative sliding is lower than that of bearings with more relative sliding; Those with more balls and thicker outer rings also have less noise;

2. The noise of using solid cage bearings is relatively lower than that of using stamped cage bearings;

3. The noise of using plastic cage bearings is lower than that of using the above two types of cages;

4. High precision bearings, especially those with higher rolling element accuracy, have relatively lower noise compared to low precision bearings;

5. The noise of small bearings is relatively smaller than that of large bearings.


The damage of vibration bearings can be said to be quite sensitive, and peeling, indentation, rust, cracks, wear, etc. will be reflected in bearing vibration measurement. So, by using special bearing vibration measuring devices (frequency analyzers, etc.), the magnitude of vibration can be measured, and the specific abnormal situation cannot be inferred through frequency analysis. The measured values vary depending on the usage conditions of the bearings or the installation position of the sensors, so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment criteria。
