Internal reference for positioning method of deep groove ball bearing ring1. Positioning of the inner ring of deep groove ball bearings When installing the inner ring of a bearing on a deep groove ball bearing, the position of the bearing is usually fixed on one side by the shaft shoulder, while the other side is fixed with nuts, stop washers, or spring retaining rings, etc. The dimensions of the contact part between the shoulder and axial fixed parts and the inner ring of the bearing can be determined according to the installation dimensions of various types of bearings listed in the bearing size table. (1) Nut positioning In the case of high rotational speed and bearing large axial load in deep groove ball bearings, the end face of the nut in contact with the inner ring of the bearing should be perpendicular to the rotation centerline of the shaft. Otherwise, even tightening the nut will damage the installation position of the bearing and the normal working state of the bearing, reducing the rotation accuracy and service life of the bearing. Especially when the fit between the bearing inner hole and the shaft is a loose fit, strict control is needed. In order to prevent the nut from loosening during rotation, appropriate technical measures need to be taken to prevent loosening. Using nuts and stop washers for positioning, place the inner key teeth of the stop washer into the keyway of the shaft, and then bend one of the teeth on the outer ring into the notch of the nut. (2) Spring retaining ring positioning In cases where deep groove ball bearings bear little axial load, have low rotational speed, have short shafts, and are difficult to machine into threads on the shaft neck, rectangular elastic retaining rings can be used for positioning. This method is very convenient for loading and unloading, occupies a small space, and is easy to manufacture. (3) Thrust washer positioning In cases where the shaft neck of deep groove ball bearings is short, it is difficult to machine threads on the shaft neck, the bearing speed is high, and the axial load is large, washers can be used for positioning. That is, washers can be used to position the shaft end face with two or more screws, and locking washers or iron wires can be used to tighten and prevent loosening. (4) Tight sleeve positioning Deep groove ball bearings, which have low rotational speed and can withstand stable radial loads and relatively small axial loads, can be installed on the optical axis with the help of a tapered locking sleeve. Secure the sleeve with nuts and stop washers for positioning. Use the friction force of the nut locking sleeve to position the bearing. (5) Positioning of bearings with tapered inner holes Bearings with tapered inner holes should be installed on the tapered shaft, and axial load inspection should be carried out to tighten the shaft and bearing. Therefore, attention should be paid to the directionality of the inner hole taper during installation. If the bearing is located at the end of the shaft and can be machined into threads at the end, it can be directly positioned with a nut. If the bearing is not installed at the end of the shaft and threads are not allowed to be machined on the shaft. In this case, the threaded ring that combines the two halves can be clamped into the groove of the shaft, and then the bearing can be positioned with a nut. (6) Special positioning In some special cases of deep groove ball bearings, when the shoulder and fillet dimensions of the shaft cannot be determined according to the installation dimensions listed in this catalog, transition gaskets can be used as axial supports. 2. Positioning of the outer ring of the bearing When the outer ring of the deep groove ball bearing is installed in the housing hole, there is usually a shoulder fixed bearing position on the inner side of the housing hole, and the other side is positioned with end caps, threaded rings, and elastic retaining rings for the hole. (1) End cover positioning End cap positioning is used for all types of radial and angular contact bearings, and is used in situations where the bearing speed is high and the axial load is high. Use screws to position and tighten the outer ring of the bearing on the end cover, and the end cover can also be used |
